Faith Revival church is in the heart of the sprawling township of Phoenix, Durban, South Africa.

Pst. Edwin J. Govender is the senior pastor of the 4000 member Church. A Graduate of the Bethesda Bible College, Edwin has already served 28 years in full time ministry. As pastor and teacher, God has anointed Edwin "to speak a word in season to him who is weary".

Edwin and his wife Rumbha, have two children, Kathryn and Christopher, and son in-law Chris.

Mission Statement

Faith Revival Church exists to preach the Gospel in order to bring people to Jesus Christ (Evangelism), to develop (edification) train (equipping), and send them to reach others for Christ (extension).
